At Hawer Web we deliver projects express — standard time is 24–72 hours from when details are agreed (content, design, goals). A business card website and landing page are usually ready in 24–48 hours. A company website with blog and CMS is 48–72 hours. An online store with product import is 3–5 business days. Time also depends on how quickly the client provides materials (texts, photos).

It depends on the chosen package. Business card websites typically do not require a CMS panel — content changes are handled through my support service. Company websites, blogs, and e-commerce stores come with an admin panel (CMS) that lets you independently edit content, add blog posts, and manage products without programming knowledge. After handover I provide a brief CMS training.

Yes. A contact form is a standard element of every Hawer Web website. Notifications about new messages arrive at your email immediately after submission. We can also save messages in a database for archiving. The form is protected against spam (reCAPTCHA) and works on all devices. For more advanced needs we can integrate the form with a CRM or email marketing system.

Yes. We integrate popular live chat systems: Tawk.to (free), Crisp, LiveChat, Tidio. We can also add a WhatsApp Business chat button that opens a conversation directly in the visitor's WhatsApp. Live chat can significantly increase conversion — visitors who chat with a business convert 5x more often than those who do not interact. Yes. We integrate Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console by default — essential tools for tracking traffic, user behavior, and Google rankings. Yes. Design changes are possible at any stage — from minor tweaks (colors, fonts, section layout) to a complete redesign. Minor changes are priced as a fixed fee from 100 PLN. A full redesign is a separate quote depending on scope. Note that redesigning a website can affect SEO rankings — I plan changes to minimize this effect.

Yes. An interactive Google Map is a standard element of websites for local businesses. It shows the business location, opening hours, and lets visitors plan their route with one click. The map is integrated via the Google Maps Embed API. Note that above a certain traffic level the Google Maps API is paid — I help set a free tier limit or alternative (OpenStreetMap).

Yes. We can add video in several ways: embedding from YouTube/Vimeo (no hosting impact), background video in the hero section (autoplay, muted), self-hosted video (requires appropriate hosting). Video significantly increases time spent on page and conversion rate. Note that large video files can slow loading — we always optimize format and size.
