We only process data you provide yourself and data collected automatically as described below:

• Contact form — name, email address, phone number (if provided), selected service type and the message content.

• Quote chatbot — name / company name, email address, phone number (if provided), project details (site type, number of pages, domain, hosting, admin panel, SEO, integrations, materials, deadline) and the generated preliminary quote and conversation.

• Technical data — browser, device, language and page address, collected automatically in server logs to keep the site working and secure.

• Preferences — your selected site language and cookie consent settings are stored locally in your browser.

We do not process special categories of data (e.g. health data) and the site is not directed at children.

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Replying to your enquiry and preparing an offer — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or on a request from you prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

• Delivering the service and project communication — based on the contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)).

• Correct operation, security and stability of the site — based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Providing data in the form or chatbot is voluntary but necessary to reply or prepare a quote.

We keep enquiry or quote data for as long as needed to reply and prepare an offer, and then for as long as needed to deliver the project, or until the data is no longer required for the purposes it was collected. Technical data in server logs is kept for as long as needed to ensure security and stability.

After that period we delete or anonymise the data, unless the law requires it to be kept longer.
